Sunentre is a young investment holding company with a few investments across property, education, financial services, and technology industries. The partners have a history and a demonstrated track record of entrepreneurship through the companies they have built over the last twenty years and their achievements in the corporate sector. Whilst a young organization, the directors, their investments and track- record span a period of almost 20 years.

Sunentre is an organization that takes pride in its skills, relationships and capabilities of innovation and flexibility that offers the mass market clients, be they small and medium business owners, technology solutions in the areas of finance, digital and direct marketing, education and residential properties. These are skills and capabilities that we want to grow and nurture so that our services are immediately available beyond SA borders.
Property Portfolio
We are driven by developing dignified and affordable housing for low income clients. Our original and main passion and driver in this space was the gentrification of inner cities. This is our pride and joy. Residential property investments have been our core business for the last 15 years focusing in affordable housing for the low-income groups in townships and inner cities across South Africa. We also have a young holiday making business in partnership with AirBnB to provide affordable holidays to the mass market families in South Africa using our properties mainly in the coastal towns of South Africa (including and mainly Durban and Cape Town).
Publishing & Digital Media
We have also recently partnered with two universities in the Free State through our investment in SunMedia entity to build a high-tech digital marketing and publishing company primarily focused on the needs of their students and the broader market. This investment not only specializes in printing and publishing but also in graphic designs and printing services and prides itself with revered peered-reviewed publications of thesis, books just to name a few in South Africa. We also ensure that knowledge and content is available to the higher education and corporate sectors through our integrated publishing services. Our plan is to grow SunMedia to develop specific African content across literature, the creative-arts and technology.
Our Recent Projects
Our property portfolio has more than 100 properties in its books. Most exciting is our current development project of 600 affordable housing units over 4 hectares of land we own in Linbro-Park, Sandton.
