Our property business is an 84% black-owned entity with the know-how, experience and ability to identify well-priced properties with the right yields in the long term.
We are driven by developing dignified and affordable housing for low income clients. Our original and main passion and driver in this space was the gentrification of inner cities. This is our pride and joy. Residential property investments have been our core business for the last 15 years focusing in affordable housing for the low-income groups in townships and inner cities across South Africa. We also have a young holiday making business in partnership with AirBnB to provide affordable holidays to the mass market families in South Africa using our properties mainly in the coastal towns of South Africa (including and mainly Durban and Cape Town).
Publishing & Digital Media
This investment not only specializes in printing and publishing but also in graphic designs and printing services and prides itself with revered peered-reviewed publications of thesis, books just to name a few in South Africa. We also ensure that knowledge and content is available to the higher education and corporate sectors through our integrated publishing services. Our plan is to grow SunMedia to develop specific African content across literature, the creative-arts and technology.
